Performance marketing measured in sales

Ads, content and follow-up wired into a CRM, so every dollar can be traced to a closed sale instead of a like. If the campaign is not generating business, the report will say so before I do.

The problem this solves

Most companies that come to me with a marketing problem actually have a follow-up problem. They are paying for leads that do arrive, but nobody contacts them the same day, or they get answered three days later when the buyer already bought somewhere else.

The classic symptom: the agency sends a report full of reach, impressions and engagement, and the owner cannot answer the only question that matters, which is how much of that turned into money. When the number cannot be traced, it cannot be improved either.

Here the campaign is not designed first. First we map the path a lead takes from click to signature, instrument it, and only when that is clear do we put money on top.

Real attribution: one lead's path from ad and click to closed sale, traceable end to end

Why my judgment did not come from a course

I did not come from an agency that learned to run ads. I came from building the system leads land in, and selling with it.

CRM I built myself

I built the CRM I use, the follow-up flows, the attribution and the agents that reply. I do not rent the tool: I wrote it. That means when a campaign is not converting, I can open the system and see exactly which step the lead falls out of, instead of guessing from ad manager screenshots.

I have also sold with those campaigns, in my own companies, with my own money at risk. That is an uncomfortable difference in this market: when the budget is yours, you stop falling in love with pretty metrics very quickly.

Because of that mix I recognize the pattern: I know when the problem is the ad, when it is the offer, when it is the page, and when it is simply that nobody answers in time. Four different problems that look identical in a report.

What you buy here is not ad management. It is a system where ads are one piece, and where the number reviewed every week is how much closed business came in, not how many people saw something.

How we work

1
Offer and unit economics. Before running ads we define what is sold, at what price, what a client is worth and what you can afford to pay to acquire one. Without that number, any campaign is a bet.
2
Instrumentation. We connect forms, WhatsApp, calls and CRM so every lead carries its source. If it cannot be traced, it does not launch.
3
Campaigns and content. Creative and messaging built for the real buying moment, not for awards. Tested in small batches before scaling.
4
Optimization and follow-up. Weekly review against closed sales and cost per client, plus automated follow-up so no lead goes cold because someone forgot.

Investment range

The work is quoted separately from ad spend, which is always yours and paid directly to the platform. Projects usually start in the four-figure monthly range depending on how many channels are in scope and how much has to be built on the CRM side. If your operation cannot yet handle more leads than it already gets, I will tell you before selling you a campaign.

Frequently asked questions

How long until we see results?

The first useful data lands in two or three weeks. Good decisions come once there is enough volume not to confuse luck with signal, usually between month two and month three.

Do you handle the ad budget?

The budget stays in your accounts and under your name. I operate inside them. You will never depend on me to keep your history or your audiences.

Does this work for B2B with long cycles?

Yes, and that is where it shows most, because the value is not in the click but in not losing the lead during the weeks the decision takes.

Do I need a CRM before starting?

No. If you do not have one, we set it up. What I will not do is launch campaigns with nowhere for the lead to land and be tracked.

What if my problem is not marketing?

It happens often. If it turns out the problem is the offer, the price or your capacity to serve, I will tell you and we fix that first.
