Why I am sharing my numbers
On this blog, other people's numbers get read with a magnifying glass: I have corrected inflated statistics, headlines with fine print, and even my own drafts. So it was only a matter of time before the same standard pointed inward. Today I am opening my books.
The reason is simple: the internet is full of people teaching how to "make money with AI" who do not invoice with AI. They teach gym theory without ever lifting the weight. I believe in the opposite order: execute first, teach after. These are my real numbers, today.
The numbers
Two clarifications, the kind I always demand from other people's numbers. First: the $23,000 is contracted recurring revenue, not one good month. Anyone can invoice a spike; the hard part is getting paid every month because the service sustains the client's business. Second: this is the perimeter of a single company. These retainers are invoiced by BBR Tek, my software house; they do not include the retail businesses of Bell N Desk and Nova Ignis, and my educational community, CryptoManji, is free and will remain free.
Where it comes from: full B2B, large communities
A while ago I made a decision that multiplied everything: stop chasing small clients and focus entirely on B2B, on clients with large communities and real users.

AI's role: why the margins work
Here is the secret that is not a secret: I can deliver implementations of this size without an army of developers because my operation runs on AI. Code is drafted with AI and audited before every deployment, research takes minutes, and my team concentrates on judgment: architecture, decisions and the client relationship.
Without AI, a $35,000 setup would cost twice as much to deliver and take three times as long. With well-directed AI, the margin exists and the client gets it faster. AI is not my product: it is my cost advantage.
What this is NOT
It is not passive income: it is real service, with deliverables, demanding clients and intense weeks. It is not course selling: this income comes from executing for companies, and my CryptoManji community's education is free and always will be.
