A multi-tenant operations platform, tasks, kanban, tickets, HR and wiki, built on Cloudflare for teams that need structure without the bloat.
XY Task is the internal operations platform I built to run multiple companies from one place, task and kanban boards, a ticketing system, HR modules, a wiki and financials, all multi-tenant with role-based access.
The brief was structure without bloat: teams needed clarity and governance, not another heavy tool. So my team engineered it on Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2, fast, cheap at scale and effortless to maintain.
Today it runs real daily operations across several business units, with strict data isolation per team.
